AS with most things in life, I fail more at attainments than I succeed at them. It’s the only way to get better. Here are a few fails from this weekend, and some cool things I got to see.
I’m really happy that I could help my friends with the purchase of this house. It’s going to be a great home for them.

This is simply heartwarming.
This closing wasn’t the smoothest closing possible. However, everyone worked together to make it happen, and everyone is happy with the outcome. The buyers have a beautiful house to call home, and the sellers are able to move on to the next phase of their lives. It’s not always easy to help solve peoples’ problems, but it is usually rewarding.
This is me guiding Pillow a class V rapid on the Gauley River in West Virginia during Gauley Fest 2016. It was such a great two days. Our friends Katie (a former guide on the Gauley), Brad, and Godbee were all gracious enough to let us guide all the major rapids over the two days we spent on the Gauley. It is a beautiful and awe inspiring place. I’m glad we finally made it to Gauley Fest.
